Yeah I don’t think I would put the tree in either, it might have taken away from the painting. Maybe a bit more dark on the rock in the foreground, but really I think it’s great. What a lovely place to paint and I really like Michaels second one. The intro was epic!

Give that temptation to finger paint away Tez, that can't be good for you. Have you tried a nitrile glove on your painting hand? I'm going to have to start doing that as my impasto work gets me too messy . The tree out was fine but I'd have kept the two shrubs in around the foreground big rock for a colour shift from the blue and I'd have 'cheated' with them and stuck in some 'orange' yellow ochre to bounce off the blue. Love watching your stuff Tez. You have so much positivity oozing from you. That makes for happy times. Cheers.
Hi Jim, Nah a little bit of oil paint won't hurt ya. Glove's are for Doctor's 😁 I think the finger can soften some hard edge's at time's. Yes I always look later at a painting and think what I could and should of done. Thanks so much Jim and Happy painting Mate🎨🎨👍
It's only a glove Tez not an asbestos suit. Don't go eating food with oil paint on yer hands or you'll be at the quack crook as a dog. Leave the finger painting to the kiddies.

Leaving the tree out a good choice. I'd make more of that plant etching out an existence on the foreground rock.
