    고소한 마스카포네 치즈를 넣은 노오븐 티라미수 케이크를 만들었어요~
    크러스트 위에 커피를 적신 레이디핑거 쿠키를 올리고 크림을 부어 굳혀 잘랐을 때 단면도 예쁘고 간단하게 만들 수 있어 좋은 것 같아요~^^
    레이디핑거 쿠키를 넣고 살짝 굳힌 뒤 나머지 크림을 붓고 굳혀야 쿠키가 떠오르지 않는답니다~
    오레오로 크러스트를 만들어 사용하니 색 대비가 확실해서 더 예쁘더라구요~~
    위에는 생크림을 돌돌 돌려 짜고 코코아파우더를 듬뿍 뿌리고 옆에 장식한 생크림은 코코아파우더를 살짝만 뿌려 마무리해봤어요~
    간단하게 만들어 맛있게 즐길 수 있는 치즈케이크랍니다~*^^*

    I made this cake for Christmas. I used vegan alternatives of each ingredient which normally includes milk or eggs and first I was a little bit scared but it turned out amazing!
    Everyone praised me and it tasted delicious. I totally recommend it!

    Trovo questa rivisitazione del tiramisù molto bella, personalmente quando lo faccio non metto lo zucchero nel caffè così c’è contrasto con la crema dolce, ma sicuramente questo è molto goloso. 😋

      필라델피아 크림치즈와 밀라 마스카포네치즈를 사용했어요~^^
      가염버터를 사용해도 만들 수 있지만 가염버터는 브랜드마다 소금함량도 다르고 얼마나 소금이 들어있는지 정확하게 알 수 없어서 베이킹 할때는 무염버터를 사용하는게 좋다고 하더라구요~~

    안녕하세요~~ 영상너무잘봤습니다! 궁금한거있어서 댓남겨요~너무맛있어보여서 오늘 재료사다가 만들어봤거든요~ 3시간후에 무스링빼니까 맨밑에깔린 크러스트가 뭉쳐있지않고 다 흩어지는건 왜그런걸까요?ㅜ 그리고 제꺼는영상처럼 줄줄흐르는 크림이아니라 꾸덕해서 주걱으로 떠서 옮겨야하는 크림이 됐어요ㅜㅜ이유가멀까요?ㅜ대신 댓남겨주셔도좋아요 베이킹 첨해보는거라 모르는게많아여ㅜ알려주심 감사하겠습니다

      크러스트를 만들때 과자를 곱게 부수고 틀에 꾹꾹 눌러 굳혀야 모양이 흩어지지 않더라구요~~
      크림은 섞을 때 많이 섞으면 휘핑이 계속 되어서 농도가 꾸덕해지기도 하더라구요ㅠㅠ

      보콩 치즈케익 만들때 실온에 뒀다가 쓰더라구요.
      냉장고에서 나온 아이들은 전자렌지에 30초 정도 돌리면 되는걸로 알고 있습니다...라도 답변을 드려도 될려나요?

    3시간 후 냉장고애서 빼서 틀을 떼어내려는데 떼어지지가 않아요!!!! 저는 한 6시간 냉장보관 후에 하려니ㅜㅜ 붙어서 안떨어지네유
    한3분동안 끙끙 앓고 있다보니 케이크가 틀에서 떨어졌어요 ㅎㅎ 좀 녹아서 그런듯 다른 분들도 참고 하세용

      틀 겉면을 스팀타월로 살짝 녹인 뒤 꺼내면 잘 꺼내지더라구요~~

      It wouldn't set. You need gelatin or maybe agar agar if you prefer vegan options.

      You can avoid gelatin here :) Mascarpone, cream cheese and whipped cream will set even without gelatin!

      제 생각에는 아마도 완전히 생크림으로 휘핑하지 말고 덜 휘핑( 약간 묽은 생크림 ) 뿔이 설 정도의 휘핑생크림 말구 그의 절반 정도만 휘핑해라 그 뜻인거같아요..!!

      생크림을 휘핑할때 거품이 올라오기 시작하는 정도까지만 휘핑해 사용했어요~^^

    Not really much of a tiramisu since the only thing that has coffee in the cake is the lady fingers and that really defeat the purpose of making tiramisu for me
