For 3:23, how do you multiply 3 matrices together and get the result?
To multiply ABC, multiply AB and then multiply by C. Or, multiply BC and then multiply on the left by A. Matrix multiplication is associative, which means A(BC)=(AB)C

Yes, every diagonal matrix is diagonalizable since you can just use P = I.
