Нашёл неизвестную песню/ I Found UNKNOWN SONG in audio cassette

Помогите определить название песни. Нашли её случайно, когда проматывали аудиокассету. Поиск слов и Shazam не помогает.
Help determine the name of the song. We accidentally found it when we were playing through an audio cassette. Searching for words and Shazam doesn't help.

Thank you so much for answering! We saw on the cassette sign ''Bolland & Bolland", but about "Blue Velvet" doesn't know. Then we search songs by Bolland & Bolland and thought that wasn't right musician.
