My theory is that there are 7 Pickens, each to represent a horrible trait, Jim Pickens, the trait of wrath, also the main Jim. Jimantha, the trait of lust, and 5 unknown Pickens, 1000 years ago they disbanded into the chaos of the multiverse and now kevin has to collect them all and use their power to destroy the entire universe.
This is like if a sims modder had too much time on their hands and translated their awful fanfiction into a mod.
Kevin plays as a woman, proceeds to get angry at everyone and tries to sleep with every guy that passes by. Somehow I wouldn't expect anything different

This video, while it may not seem like it, secretly reveals some very, very important pieces of lore in the Kevin Cinematic Universe. Here’s what I’ve managed to piece together.
While at therapy, Jimantha met the man of her dreams, Dick. A few days later, they decided to run away and start a new life together. Jimantha had to change her name to Janice to make sure Man and Manson didn’t find her. They had a child together by the name of Jim Pickens (who may or may not have been the mailman’s child, rather than Dick’s). Man resorted to alcohol, which lead him to physically and mentally abuse Manson. Manson hated his father, so when he moved out on his own, he changed his name out of resentment towards his father, who had treated him so horribly since Jimantha left. He made his new last name Mansen to symbolize that he was no longer Man’s son. Hearing this news, Man spiraled further and further into depression, having only then realized how horrible he was towards his only son. He was found dead two weeks after Manson had moved out, surrounded by dozens of empty beer bottles. Nobody attended his funeral. Eventually, Mansen had a child of his own, who he named Jog. In some kind of bizarre twist of fate, both Jog Mansen and Jim Pickens went to Hogwarts. Neither Mansen nor Janice realized that both of their children went to the same school together.

The Kevinverse is very complex and require attention to extra details. These are one of the main OVA series that is really expensive and people would think its too much for a “random part” of the Kevinverse. One of the best episode which has the most important details and is very deep is OVA EP. 33 or EP. 45. Also can I point out that PICKENSVERSE and KEVINSVERSE has a connection and Pickensverse is a sub universe (or sub part even there is the word verse).

@Honudes Gai Actually, it was 3 years before that and was developed by an indie company unlike all the games you mentioned and no, it wasn't terrible during that time, this game isn't bad at all, I was talking about how Kevin can turn boring or bad games into entertaining content not that this game was bad and considering it is a very old title.
