I was thinking about selling my A7S3, but since the 2 new updates were released I've decided to stick to it. I'm going to Japan during the Japanese summer. I heard the ZVE1 struggles in the heat, but the Sony A7S3 is a beast when it comes to handling extreme conditions. So I guess I ll be taking my newly updated Sony A7S3 :D

Do you have trouble with autofocus when using it for pictures? When I try to use this for taking thumbnails it has the hardest time focusing on me and I find so many of my photos are out of focus

No I haven’t had any issues with the autofocus for photos. Are you using the appropriate focus mode (I.e. AF-S, AF-A, or AF-C)?

@@arhonchua okay that’s good to know and it’s probably my own fault for this the. And think I am using the right mode of AF-S. what is yours?

I’m usually on AF-C but it really depends on what you’re shooting. For shooting thumbnails of yourself I recommend setting it to AF-C and make sure that your Recognition Target is set to your desired subject (ie Human, animal, bird, etc.,).
