Live Tonight on Millennium Stage: Stella Katherine Cole is a multifaceted performer based in New York City. You might know her from social media, where she has amassed well over half a million followers and nearly 6 million likes from posting singing videos that are beloved by a worldwide audience of all ages. Her videos have been reposted and praised by musicians like Michael Bublé, James Taylor, and Meghan Trainor and Broadway legends like Betty Buckley, Stephanie J. Block, and Donna Murphy. In New York, Stella has performed at iconic venues such as Dizzy’s Jazz at Lincoln Center, Birdland, 54 Below, Town Hall, Mezzrow, and the Cafe Carlyle as a guest soloist with Darren Criss. She has toured the country with Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox (PMJ). She recently collaborated with PMJ on a jazzy cover of “Flowers” by Miley Cyrus. The music video has already racked up a combined total of 5 million views between PMJ’s TH-cam and Stella’s social media. Stella is recording her highly anticipated debut studio album this summer with producer Matt Pierson.
Stella first fell in love with the Great American Songbook as a toddler, transfixed by movies like The Wizard of Oz, Meet Me in St. Louis, and Singin’ in the Rain. These old movie musicals and their stars continue to impact her work today. Her biggest inspirations are Judy Garland and Barbra Streisand, two powerhouse performers who straddled the world of jazz, musical theatre, and popular music.
Stella graduated from Northwestern University in 2021 with a degree in theatre and international relations. She is currently a student of Tony Award®-winning vocal coach Joan Lader (Cynthia Erivo, Madonna, Patti LuPone, Sutton Foster) and La Tanya Hall (collaborator of Quincy Jones, Aretha Franklin, and Diana Ross). - บันเทิง
I imagine myself sitting in a jazz bar in the 50s, and 40s like an old-school noir detective after a long day and having a glass of gin to myself in my detective attire, and then this woman named Stella Cole appeared and started singing and everyone who was in the room amazed by her voice and beauty oh how times have changed.
Stella is such a joy, and her singing so pure and beautiful. It transports me to a time when we were better as a people. Thank you, Stella. ❤
I always love hearing Stella's renditions of standards. I just wish I could sit in a jazz club, eating dinner as I hear the soft chatter of the audience and the beauty of her voice.
I could not make it in person tonight so I am so grateful that this was aired here! I have been following Stella and loved hearing her sing a whole set of beautiful songs!
Very generous of you to release this entire concert!
Her "Flowers" is one of the best renditions. Love it.
I got to see her perform live on tour in Portland! It was magic!😭 Been following her for only a little while now but instantly just fell in love with her voice and stage presence. What a star!

Thank You. Beautiful.
Amazing voice and concert! Viva Stella!
Beautiful. Love this music
I love listening to everything from Chopin to Dua Lipa - but these standards are just the greatest. Stella, I love the story you shared before singing Happy Days Are Here Again. If you see this, don’t stop doing your thing. You’ve got a rare gift!
So glad you have so effectively brought this back so exqusitely-you really have outdone the advice of your first college professor who was trying to mold you into a more modern sound. There’s certainly a place for that, but you preserve music from the Great American Songbook like no other. Love the impromptu videos from TikTok too as your expressions are soo fine!
Beautiful. One word sums up everything I am witnessing with my eyes and ears.
Been a fan of Stella Cole for quite a while and she never disappoints❤
Such a lovely night. Thank you! You are wonderful!
😲 Piano solo is fantastic. Your vibrato and vocal tone are... strong, but still so tender.
Thank you! A true shower of music!
Thank god for that teacher

I hope there’ll be more videos of her. I’m to impatient to wait til August for her first album.
She is great! Been watching her on TH-cam for about a year maybe 1.5 years now! Love her music.
With eyes shut.... got transported into an old-fashioned bar, old-fashioned singing, and the smooth swing of a sultry voice to create that perfect jazz.
