Katniss had it bad for one of the guys, had to be with the other in the games, and then the former it's pretty heavily implied in the movie at least that he helped come up with a plan that got a lot of innocents killed, including her sister. Overall Winner: Hermione Best Dis: Katniss, with "On your parents' happiest day, they forgot you existed!" Personally, I think it's cheap to talk about people's dead loved ones. I mean, we've all lost someone at some point. So what? Katniss's dis there was about something Hermione DID, plus it implies her parents don't love her. THAT'S an insult.
"On your parents' happiest day they forgot you existed!" is a reference to Hermione erasing their memories to protect them in Deathly Hallows. Which really doesn't mean much if you know what happened after the Battle of Hogwarts. Hermione went to Australia and restored their memories after Harry killed Voldemort. There was no implication here that Hermione's parents don't love her. There can't be an implication if there isn't a possibility of that implication being true. As in this case, it's just not true at all that Hermione's parents didn't love her and she knows that. The sting in that line is the pain for Hermione of remembering what she did and knowing that she had to do it even if she didn't want to. The thing for me that takes the majority of, if not all the bite out of that line is the fact that Hermione cast the spell knowing full well that those memories could be restored later.
If it's your fault that your loved ones died, then it's not cheap to talk about it. Especially when it comes with other lines on how Katniss started a civil war that only got more innocent people killed, her family included.
I say Katniss won. Her flow was on point along with what she said, dissing Harry and Ron was a great choice imo. Like she didn’t make an entire verse about it but still snuck it in to make the viewer be like “oh damn she really saying that” and then move on.
