If you find the new music not up to your standards, you can always equip the Gamecube badge; changes the music to that of the original release. If none of these options are enough for you, you can always play the original.

You can equip the Nostalgic Tunes badge to play the GameCube soundtrack.
There's a badge that enables the original ost and you can get it pretty much at the start of the game :D you have no excusse now.
