If they would start giving violation tickets with $100.00 fines maybe the nonsense of disobeying the signs would stop! Plus the fines could go towards paying for hay and vet bills.
There are a select few who, by George, no one is going to tell them what to do and they feel entitled to brake any rule. But guess what…they’re being watched behaving poorly.
Why don't they put barriers so people cannot come in touching distance of the horse . Never mind tourists if they complain , it is Britain , it is your laws . Put up barriers and keep them from touching distance. Simple
Barriers are too dangerous for the horses in case they get spooked and dash up the pavement. Ending in having damaged legs. Horses get spooked quite often for all sorts of unusual reasons. So the ground anyway is a public highway and barriers would never be allowed.
There are far too many people visiting Horse Guards. I wouldn't be surprised if thing change there soon, as it's getting way too busy for a small military barracks as this. They have even had to cordon off part of the main road because of too many crowds. It's becoming too dangerous.
Sometimes the Guards do not shout as it's rules off the day from their chief officer. Military rules can at times take some understanding. I just want to slap the tourists through my screen. Ha
I laugh when they think that it is the changing of the Guard. They should do research then they will know. Also should have guides there to educate those tourists.
For those who watch these videos often, they get used to the signs of changing guards. The clock chimes every quarter of the hour. They change over in the hour. Plenty of info too on line. It's very interesting to understand the tiniest details that these Guards have to follow.
It cracks me up how many families probably have pictures of their kids looking awfully grumpy standing next to the horse.
I love watching moms and Grammies yanking their kids about into a proper position.
People see the signs but deliberately ignore them just to get a reaction from the guards and police 🤦🤦🤦
THOSE POLICE AND HORSE GUARDS NEED TO YELL AND STOP THOSE TOURISTS FROM TOUCHING THE HORSES.

How about a fine of £100 for ignoring the sign and another £100 for disrespecting the Guards, our country and its history?

Public pavement in Whitehall under Westminster Council not MOD , barriers potentially dangerous to horses and Troopers .
@@kathellison8084Vielleicht wäre es möglich, Linien als Verlängerung zur Box einzuzeichnen, welche die Touristen nicht übertreten dürfen.

I think they're ignoring the signs just to see if they get a reaction from the guard 💂♂️
Why doesn't the guard react?🤐
