I think it shows that with his age and his lack of physical development Sean may not be ready for senior football at this level. Should still be signed though

Shaun Alexander is a gem waiting to be unlocked, he’s 16 and he’s competing with these players and during the match’s doing better then a lot of the ones older then him, he fully deserves to go though if not 100% should get signed

Joshua Osude impresses me so much because he is clearly gifted with incredible athleticism but he also has proved that he is effective on the pitch and has a real skill to match all that fitness and speed.
Paul Woods he will get bullied off the ball any given opportunity. He’s not agile, he not quick, he’s not strong, and he’s not tall. Heck you’d hope he’d make it up with his stamina, but even that is lacking. A persons physicality makes up 50% of a persons ability on the pitch
All CB is very close IMO- My rankings probably are: 1.Berkane (17 years old 2.Izu (24 years old) 3.Alexander. (16 years old) Berkane was the best against hashtag and very decent today. Izu best today worst against Hashtag Alexander was worst today and not great against hashtag. Berkane and Alexander will be 10x the player that IZU is at his age. Let me know what you guys think

Sean Alexander is a terrific lad I just think it’s a bit too early for him to start at Hashtag - good potential but I worry how a 16 year old would cope in Essex senior league.
