Um I would say deffinately do a lot of power training woth chest. Learn how to bench like a powerlifter. They keep thier elbows tucked in, squeez their shoulder blades and they arch thier back a lot to get the most mechanicly efficient form possible. depending on your training level and how old you are, if your still reletively new to the iron game, then build a solid base before you go on to this type of trianing. deffinately use bench as the foundation of your chest routine. also building up that chest will make it so you dont have to go down as far. I agree with cambria, 500 is very rare for a raw natural, but it can happen, and 700 is almost unheard of. I hope this helped. Keep kickin ass bro!
Iv personally spotted my friend benching 485, raw, perfect form, all natural. Its really really rare but it happens. And yes Im positive he isnt on anything, he is my best friend and he would have no problems telling me. No disperpect.
still have all 5 points of contact on the bench and they lower the bar to thier body. So the powerlifters Iv seen and worked with always mix up thier training. One week they will do max strangth training (like 4-1 reps per set etc.), and then the next week they would to power training with bands on the bar and much lighter weight. they do these reps as fast as possible. This builds the neuromuscular connections to get more muscle fibres to fire at once and build a lot more power.

it takes more that a legal shake to bench press 1075. it takes roids.
dont attempt a shake like this unless you bench 600 for reps lol
