    Here I thought I was the only guy on youtube that punched with the thumb in that position. Nice to see someone else using it too, nice drills!

    Reminds of my youth in Uechi Ryu. Body/arm/leg pounding was done every class.

    In the marine corps, we had to do that as a punishment. It sucked. Especially when someone got caught slacking during the punishment 😫
    This brought back memories

    Pretty cool. 🤙 How do these exercises affect your dexterity and digital nimbleness? I’d like tougher hands but I need delicate and precise control of my fingers.

      @MC-24 At almost 60, I can attest that doing all of this keeps my hands and fingers at their best. When I do not do this daily....stiffness and pain sets in. Probably pre arthritis....I hope this helps. If not, let me know and I can be more exact.
