Most recordings direct from cabs seem to look off beat by a bit. I think it may be the way that the recording is taken from the cabinet, it may not sync the audio correctly when it's done like this as it may be a direct recording without editing to fix the sync.
If you are talking about the lines on the top of the arrows, i think that is a setting you can turn on instead of having the horizontal line go right through the middle of them
