    The Security Pro Gladiator Tactical Vest has been tested and proven to perform on the field by receiving a rating of Level IIIA from the USA National Institute of Justice (NIJ 0101.06) for soft body armor.
    The Gladiator is an outer tactical vest used by military and law enforcement agencies at home and abroad due to its efficient design which maximize the operator’s comfort and mobility without sacrificing protection. Our ballistic tactical assault vest is the complete package as a result of its light weight Kevlar design combined with features such as fully adjustable padded shoulders straps, interior mesh lining for maximum air circulation, and 360 degree MOLLE coverage for increased load bearing support.

    This is the type of armor you need if you go full red zone fight. Even if you get killed in war you know that desth would have been more painful without this armor :)

    Remember to use tactical gloves when assembling it. Otherwise, you won't do it correctly.

    The shoulder straps and neck guards are only for shrapnel and can't protect from direct hit right?

    Wish there was less velcro and more like buttons or something...velcro eventually wears out... :/

    • @yoinky
      @yoinky 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Heavy duty velcro on carriers aren't your average velcro. Almost no professional carriers use buttons.

    • @fajile5109
      @fajile5109 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah like you just pick the crud out and the velcro keeps going. Only worry is heat if they actually get licked by fire itll destroy the velcro.

    Sadly, it's not very comfortable for all day use. Neck armor is nice but will chaff the hell out of you. Great video though!

    • @nicholasfox540
      @nicholasfox540 4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@RealDogeOperator I never had this model but I wore 3 different variants of vests while in the Marines for 5 years. 3 years spent wearing the equipment day in and day out so I have a good feel for what works and what doesn't. As great as neck armor sounds it just kills your mobility/dexterity for everyday things. Never had shoulder armor so can't speak on that but the pelvis protection pad is decent.

    • @yoinky
      @yoinky 4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I'm sure this setup isnt for everyday wear. It's a heavy rig for swat breaching so usually the wearer should have it on for only a couple hours. (Not leo or military, jus my 2 cents)

    • @nicholasfox540
      @nicholasfox540 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@yoinky yeah definitely a great breachers setup, I'd want every square inch covered as possible but also retain combat effectiveness as well. Don't want to end up like the kid from Christmas Story "I can't move my arms!" lol
