Yup. This “Childhood” favourite was modernized by my one of my top 5 most favourite elevator companies, ThyssenKrupp! To be honest when I saw it and noticed it got modernized, it was a surprise! Central Parkway Mall had its Passport Office relocated to the “Main” level from the “One” level (actually 2nd floor in traditional floor numbering). So, the property company that manages CPM had to a lot of renovations, upgrades, etc. But still this elevator is still here doing what it’s supposed to do and still has the original “Otis” logo on the original door track as last time I rode and/or filmed it! 😉
