Thanks for this brief overview. I think it is a very attractive and capable vehicle. In Australia this brand is not overly popular but those who own them a quite vocal about their finer attributes which are many. It does not come with adaptive cruise control (as yet) in my country.

I do think you’ve got it wrong regarding the adaptive cruise control but what a lovely looking proper 4x4 from the front and rear, not too keen on the flat flanks of the front wings but that’s just my only complaint really. Do you agree that there’s no option of adaptive cruise control?

Is it better than Mitsubishi outlander2022?

2 slightly different vehicles, but I guess the Mitsubishi offers hybrid technology while the Rexton will likely be more capable off road.

Different kettle of fish to the Outlander. This is a proper 4 wheel drive with low range, and is much more capable for going off-road and towing. This is more comparable to a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, Isuzu MU-X, Mitsubishi Pajero/Montero Sport, Ford Everest and Toyota Fortuner.

Hi. Does Ssangyong belong to Hyundai? Not so long ago the company was owned by Mahindra, wasn't it?

The 2.2 Diesel could possibly have a reliability issue

Had the 2017 2.2d and towed over 10k miles on it never a single during the entire ownership until upgrading to the 2021 model this year

I have a Musso (which is the pickup truck version of the Rexton, same engine, but gearbox is a 6-speed Aisin/Toyota automatic). I have done over 110,000km, never missed a beat.
