These are great videos and I really appreciate it. And that’s a smokin’ SLK you got. A suggestion: rebuilding the cylinders isn’t really harder than removing and replacing. And you can do it with pulling the lines (which is the part I hate the most). Each cylinder needs a $0.50 O-Ring and you need 10 set screws to hold the two trunk cylinders together. I ‘ve done it twice (different cars. My son has a ‘99 but I got the new one, 2000). The first time took both of us a whole weekend but this time I did it in one day. ‘Cuz I had these videos! Thanks
