As long as there is no structures, the generation will be the same. Just because a village is not in the same spot, doesn’t mean it’s the end of the world.

I randomly got the seed at 13:06 one time... i proceeded to use the /place command and /fill command to decorate the area around the temple island, which i left in its natural state
