When you're on stage, there's ppl looking at u and if making eye contact makes u nervous then look at their forehead, that way it'll make it seem like you're looking at them but you're actually not. This is just my personal opinion but pretend in ur mind that there's nobody there. Just pretend ur in the character's pov. Hopefully this helped u idk
