I think a cool challenge would be if you only had 15 seconds or so to take your shots, including lining up and practice swings. A good test of skill!

A strange thing happened. I’ve been playing NSS Golf in the family room with a 65-inch TV all this time but switched to the 32-inch TV in my bedroom, and my putting has improved! I guess the putting green is easier to read when it’s shorter on screen.

Challenge idea:
Try to hit with 1 club higher than you usually do
Putting on the green is fine
Driving is okay too
I think you could revisit this challenge and make it where all your swings have to be fluid swings without hovering your backswing. Would knock the challenge level up quite a bit.
