Check soil once. Or sun dry the soil by spreading it. After that mix compost and cocopeat with this dried soil and repot. sun drying is natural process of recharging soil and will become fertile

You can use good neem cake not commercially available,(Can get good one at any neem oil mills as raw-one at Rajendranagar university) soaked in water overnight and drench the soil with this water of the pots you feel root rot. Other way is to sun dry the soil completely to remove all pathogens and other unhealthy bacteria Sun drying will also help in increasing soil fertility. For flowering you can you can use Banana fermented juice. Watch my video on this. Don't use peel directly. watch video completely and understand. Please share to your friends.

IMO or Jevamrut can be given directly to plants. then activated biochar will automatically stores the minerals in it and releases over period of time as the plant requires.
