100 km in Patagonia - Bariloche100

Running 100km is a challenging personal project for everyone, you have to commit to training to prepare for such a long distance. But the experience that you can find in an adventure like this is something that I recommend to everyone.
Here there is my resume of how an ultra trail is been lived, the days before and during the race.
Bariloche100 is a unique 100K foot race that is held in Patagonia Argentina in Nahuel Huapi National Park.
