The cut of a woman’s shirt & the cut of a man’s shirt is different so not sure why not mentioning if it’s a man or women’s should matter in the result of a sale.

The gender doesn't need to be in the title because it is in the Item Specifics. If a buyer looks for a men's shirt he will be able to see all the shirts listed as men or man's. This saves you a little space in the title for maybe a better description word. (Thanks for watching : ))
