you probably dont care but if you're bored like me atm then you can watch pretty much all of the new movies and series on Instaflixxer. Been binge watching with my brother during the lockdown :)
This is Marco from New York City buddy I love your wild China TH-cam channel keep doing the wonderful work that you do with your ass in your pond you are unique only person that has so many big bass have a wonderful day or evening whatever you at you are the best
Hey sam, thanks for cheering up my morning and hello from Holland :^). Cool to see how the fish are transported and cared for and definitely verry cool to see the side customers dont get to see.
When I started fishing with wild shiners in Florida years ago, I thought that was the only place you could find them, really thought it was just a southern fish. Through the years I have found them as far north as Indiana and Michigan. Not in as huge of quantities as in Florida. Mostly in the residential canals and not so much the open lake. FYI, some states don't allow cast nets for catching bait. Stay safe Sam! Great videos!
Thanks for the time everyone puts into the videos Sam! Love the channel I was subscriber #3 for your channel. People like you make fishing possible for so many people. It's truly nice to see you care for all those thousands of shiners. Even though you're gonna sell them in a couple days...
Shiners Unlimited is the place to go! Sam and his wife are fine working people who take pride in what they do. I have been there many times and you get what you pay for! ALWAYS Fast and friendly! God bless and tight lines!!!
Thank you for all that you are Mr shinner Sam! You are a wonderful person, diolch yn fawr or calon!! Thank you very much from the heart in welsh I will always watch your channel in Bangor , North wales.
Sam you are absolutely killing it out there, and the underwater is getting better since day 1, it makes me feel good to know that a suggestion I had has become an important part of your videos, keep it up and don’t be afraid to ask Brandon for help, especially with lighting. You’re awesome, Max baker, P.S the only advice I’ve got this time is try to look directly at the camera more, I know it’s hard but you’ll catch on.
You are absolutely right!!! My wife told me the same thing. I wanna thank you so much for your advice and your input, it means a lot to me. Thanks again 👍
Shiner Sam you are welcome I can see you growing a ton and in the future be better than you think you can, I live in Indiana but if I ever make it down there I will be sure to say hi
Hello Sam. I live in Orlando Florida and made a bait tank to keep shiners in stock at my house for fishing. The way you do things is top notch and love you videos. I was wandering if you feed your wild shiners at all and if not how long do you keep them without feeding them? If you do feed them what is best? I’m just trying to have my home shiner setup a scaled down version of the shiner master, Mr shiner Sam 👊🏻love you videos
I usually don’t feed them, they will survive or live in your tank without food for a week or two and they will start to die off in the third week. You can feed them in a second week but just be careful not to over do it cause you don’t want to contaminate the water. Good luck 👍
No I don't, I don't keep them that long. If you keep them longer than two weeks you can try to feed it, which I never did. Chances are you might contaminate the water and kill all your baits.
Hey Sam, I was wondering if you could put some type of polarized lense on the camera while you’re feeding the bass so we can see them better underwater?
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻thank you so much!!! One day I’ll come by just to feed some of your monster bass. I’m trying to cut down on my feeder cost so if I can do this method even if I have to tweek it my bass will be very very thankful!
Shinner sam i have a small pond i notice some smaller fish are getting infections what do you recommend putting in my pond ive herd put salt but if you can help appreciate it thanks
It's hard to say, water conditions has a lot to do with it. If you can keep the water dripping constantly and keep it clean that would help, just gotta make sure that the water doesn't not have chlorine in it.
I been trying to find wild shiners i live jacksonville fl i have a pet bass that feed daily but the only shiners i find here are 2 to 3 inch long and 15$ a dozen i like your bass pond anyway yall deliver shinners i would buy them thanks
I don’t know for sure cause I never keep them long enough to see if they are reproduced. I’d tried it one time in my pond and lost them all to a predator. The domestic shiners are just like other fish 🐠 I would strongly believe that they are or will reproduce. By the way thanks for your subscribe 👍
Interesting how they gave to be processed, and wow those bass had a fight in their hands going after this wild shiners. Were those the same shiners Brandon put in his lake? Great video Sam enjoyed it.
Here in Florida, we use cast net to catch it. I'd seen somebody catch them with fishing poles. Fish the same way you fish the bluegill. That should work.
The quality of the fish that you have is just insane.
you probably dont care but if you're bored like me atm then you can watch pretty much all of the new movies and series on Instaflixxer. Been binge watching with my brother during the lockdown :)
@Santiago Cassius Definitely, been watching on InstaFlixxer for since december myself :D

Might sound dumb but are they edible? Looks good to fry. We no more lakes in hawaii so we don't have shiners.
Yes but it has a lot of bones.
Sam do you feed your shiners at all while you have them? Thanks

Yes, definitely! Thanks.
Hey mayb a idea for the future to hold also some forel that makes you also big money for people to fish in the pond .
Hi Sam, what is the name of the antibiotic yellow solution that you use?
Is Acriflavine and You can it through B.L.Mitchell, Inc.
What antibiotic did you use?
I used Acriflavine.
love nature
Hey Sam where can I buy that antibiotic at and tranquilizer??
What kind of antibiotics do you use
What happens if you don’t use the acriflavine?
Your shiners won’t be as healthy and won’t live as long. You might not need it if you were to use them within a day or two.
Hi Sam, great Video! Question: Do you have a filter system for the wild shiners, or does just changing the water daily do the trick?
I don't have any filter system, I just keep the water dripping and change the water as needed.
This guy is a master baiter
😂😂😂😂👍
😂👍
with good filtration and plenty of oxygen, how many shiners can i put per gallon of tank water??
.maybe 1dz of small to medium size shiners to a gallon of water.
Whats the brand or name of antibiotics if you don’t mind me asking ?
Nitrofurazone and Acriflavine is what I use.

@@ShinerSam 8foot buy 10 foot 3 feet deep
It's hard to say, water conditions has a lot to do with it. If you can keep the water dripping constantly and keep it clean that would help, just gotta make sure that the water doesn't not have chlorine in it.
@@ShinerSam okay thanks sam
Do you harvest the wild shiners for your business or have another partner/supplier for that?
I get my son and my friends to do it for me but sometimes when we are completely out of shiners then I might have to go out and try to catch it.
Shiner Sam I come buy bait from you all the time, I thought a guy name Joe catches all the wild shiners for you?
I’ll be back this winter time again
He still does and he'll start catching in a week or two.
What salt do you use ? Water softner ?
American fine stock salt.
Sam Wher can I buy the antibiotic from
B.L. Mitchell Inc.
Sam, what is the salt for?
Salt will help cleaning their gills and harden the scales and it also helps put a slime back in their body.
@@ShinerSamthanks, how cool ie that!
Would that be sane salt as the aquarium salt i have a bucket of for my brackish crab tank?
What's the best way to hook a shiner ? I do behind the tail
Through the mouth
Jayden Evans is this proven, side ways or up and down
U want him to be able to swim arond so go through the bottom lip then the top
Its the only way a catch fish with them
Jayden Evans I have always done behind the fin, I'll catch fish every time but I'll try through the lip
Man you are the shinner king...
Do you have any of those shinners unlimited hats or shirts
Will be available soon!
Nice , What kind of salt is that?
American stock salt for animals use.
@@ShinerSam Thanks :-)
Please help …trying to find out what to use in water to calm the wild shiners down so they don’t die ??? Thanks sam !!!

If you're down this way make sure swing by to see me, I'll let you feed my bass!
What do you feed your shiners
We don't feed our shiners, shiners can live 2-3 weeks without feeding. We don't keep the baits in our tanks that long anyway.
@@ShinerSam okay

Hey I am new here. I was wonder what do you feed your minnows?
You can use a goldfish flake food.
I just want the shiners as pets lol
What is the salt for?
Salts help clean gills and and recover quickly.
What is the anti biotic for parasites used?
Are they salt water or fresh water? i never heard of adding salt to fresh water great video sam cant wait for the next one
They are fresh water fish and salt is good for them. Salt helps clean their gills and harden the scales.
@@ShinerSam that's so interesting to know. Thank you for answering her question because I was wondering the same thing. I'm enjoying your videos.

Nitrofuralzone and Aquaflavin
Hey Sam do you let people pay to fish your ponds? (Catch and release)
Sorry, not at this time. Maybe in the near future.
Gotcha! I’m sure people would pay good money!
Gotcha! I’m sure people would pay good money!
