- On today’s visit I got to see the engineers do a test on the system with their black engineers van. I also got to see the engineers do emergency stop tests. They also showed the MFG staff what to do how to operate the system how to reset the system what to do if one of the emergency stop buttons have been pressed.  also I got to see the plant room which included air bleeding system for the chemicals that feed through the tubing for the system and Grundfos water pump motors and ABAC Air compressor which is very loud when operating as shown in one of the short videos. Wesumat reclamation unit, which is basically the water recycling system. I also got to see them test out under Chassis wash I also got to see them re-wash the black engineers van and I also got to see the management of MFG get a free car wash on the full program overall it’s been an amazing experience and I even managed to get brush parts from the old brushes and I also managed not just to see the plant room but I got to see the electrical board which operates the system and I also got to see Wesumat water reclaim system which is still operational which recycles the water into a big bottle and refreshes the water to be used again on another program overall it’s been a fantastic experience and I’ve also seen them test out the system on a dry run without a vehicle. They are really lovely engineers and I am very proud and very lucky to get the parts that I have off the skip which includes manuals from the previous primus as well as manual for the previous control panel. You can see everything in full detail with little clips as well as photographs. I hope everybody enjoys it just as much as I did. This particular system is 10 years younger than the primus which was installed in 2009 this particular Varius C163 has been brushed with dark green and light green Sensofil+ and also was manufactured in 2016 and was previously installed at Tesco’s Hemel Hempstead site which got a CADIS replacement. All of the chemicals are waiting to be diluted they all smelt very nice and the gauge is switched full so the pressure on the chemicals was high to apply quite a lot of dosage to get the best out of the program.

 I just like to give a big shout out to MFG Boundary Road for having the most loveliest staff ever the Indian guys in the shop absolutely amazing and I’ve been absolutely the best with me and my TH-cam channel and they’ve been so welcoming to me I would also like to give a big shout out to Wilcomatic installation engineers who are more than happy to show me around look after me and let me see the ins and out of the plant room and the car wash itself including getting some parts, thank you so much guys for being really lovely and give me the best car wash experience of my life 
The travel drives are no longer the best
@@marcelmuller8869 they actually sounded awful, but once the machine got going, they did go quite quiet. When I use the machine they wasn’t as loud as they was when the machine first started there in mind the system is from 2016 so it’s a couple of years old and it was exposed in an outdoor wash bay with without any roof windows or shutters, so it’s bound to have a few aging noises. At the moment the system is currently out of service in A SM swivelling motors fault
