On your drives you take me to places I've seen in calendar shots and framed pictures. I have to admit, I got a little teary eyed when I see all that beauty, the tree lined roads, Amish country, just trees, fields, and yes the sunlight through the trees. 🙂 I'm so glad you are taking it slow and enjoy the good life of healing and doing what you love💛. I too gain my strength and vitality from nature, the trees and earth are my sanctuary, so incredibly healing! I'm an empath by nature so I love to love and inspire people, but I need a lot of alone time to recharge. I loved the big group of trees on a hill behind the cows.,,, How cool! I'm always talking to animals. The sky with clouds and rolling hills are so picturesque. Thank you Jack for showing us the country roads,, Love, love, love it!
All you have to do is change your eating habits to fruit and vegetables. No more worrying about strokes or heart problems. Eat simple foods. Real foods.
