      And I could not be happier, especially with Tottenham taking Mourinho before our board could make the mistake of bringing him to the Emirates. Thank you, Spuddies.

      Arsenal will probably have 50 mil without sales and probably 150-175 mil if we sell Bellerin Torriera Guendouzi Mustafi Sokratis Ozil Kolasinac and maybe Xhaka Lacazette and Aubameyang could give us another 100 mil if Arteta wishes to sell them.

    Pep has never played a style Arsenal had to play to execute a win in this fashion, so it shows that he learns from various of his peers and has a tactical eye.
    Glad Pep gave Arteta his credit.

    I find these interviews distasteful. Why ask about Arteta so much. He is Arsenal's manager now. You're asking him a ton load of questions about another clubs manager. That's unprofessional man. Do better.

      Stop being so petty. The reason they keep asking him about arteta because they were together for 4 years and pep has taught a lot to mikel. So why not?

  • @chammysean
    @chammysean 4 ปีที่แล้ว +13

    People need to stop saying that Arteta was Guardiola's "pupil". Pep brought him in as assistant manager because he knows Arteta can offer fresh ideas and perspectives. Arteta is his own man with his own style. Yes, Arsenal and Man City may have similar philosophies because the two managers worked together and may have overlapping ideas. But I think Pep has learned a lot from Arteta in the same way Arteta has learned from Pep.

    • @Imnotarussiabot
      @Imnotarussiabot 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      A lot of people don't know this fact that Arteta was very much a individual who had his own ideas and knowledge, even before meeting Guardiola. Guardiola benefited from Arteta's man management skills and tactical knowledge whilst Arteta may have learnt the broad strokes of management and communication as a whole with his players from Guardiola.

    Man City will not win UCL until pep humble's himself and acknowledges that he makes mistakes too. Gundo and Mahrez in starting 11 was a bad idea against a team like Arsenal(having beaten Liverpool) regardless if we had won. I don't think the other players have much faith in Gundo and Mahrez in the big games.
