- North Coast in Taiwan is a popular tour among tourist. But have you thought about DIY-ing it?
Tip:
1. Plan, plan, plan. Do your research DIYers.
2. (For me, the most helpful) Search right away on google maps the trip schedules of buses going to your next destination. So that you will catch it on time and spare you from waiting for hours.
3. Pray, pray, pray and Enjoy!
Will I recommend it?
Definitely, YES! But not if you're with your kids or elders.
Advantage of doing DIY based on my experience:
1. We got to explore each place without the pressure of time.
2. We enjoyed the places in our own pace.
Unfortunately, we weren't able to visit the pasalubong stores in Yehliu because by the time we finished our tour, the stores are still closed. But all in all, the trip was smooth, Praise God!
Running expenses:
Days 1-4: 27,681.30php
Day 5: 953php
Total: 28,634.30php
Nice! Great guide. Thanks
I'm still in the half away of finishing the video but can't help to leave a comment now. I really love how detailed this video is. Thank you so much for sharing! Hopefully this gets the view it deserves. More videos please
Maraming salamat po! ☺
Maraming salaaamat poooo! 🥰
you guys made it perfectly, I want to do exactly what you did
is it hard looking for the right buses?
@@白髪りす based on my experience, no po. Google map is the key. Everytime you arrived to your destination, search immediately on google maps the travel schedules going to your next destination. Moreover, you will see on google map which bus num will arrive on the given time. Bus numbers are written in front of the bus. You will see it immediately.
Thank you for posting this! Magkano inabot pamasahe?
@@LifingwithJovi nakalimutan ko na po exactly. Ang binayaran lang po naming pamasahe, bus from taipei main to yehliu, train from shifen to ruifang, bus to jiufen. Pabalik naman po sa ximending (bus to ruifang, train to ximending). Siguro po mga nasa 800 pesos.
@@JATravelDiary thank you!
Mas malaki po natipid if diy rather group or private tour?
Pag namiss, may chance mag intay ng oras for the next trip lalo na yung afternoon trips.
Sa private tour naman po, less hassle talaga siya but it comes with a price. Usually 1-2hours po ang tagal per attraction.
@@JATravelDiary Thank you for sharing your travel tips and very detailed itinerary. Helpful siya especially those sa nagtitipid and first time going Taiwan.
@ Yes po! Naniniwala po kasi ako na traveling can be enjoyed without being broke hehehehe lalo na sa mga simpleng empleyado hehehe. Maraming salamat po! Enjoy po kayo sa mga soon to be travels ninyo
@@JATravelDiary Kaya po ba from sunmoon lake going miyahara and Chun Shui Tang in one day? From sun moon lake pede rin ba sya grab going miyahara or meron din bus?
Considering yung time of travel and other factors sa pag cocommute.
*1 hr po ang travel time between taichung and SML if Hindi po traffic. In our case, pagbalik namin from SML, traffic po yung daan.
*Waiting time sa bus.
From Sun Moon Lake, sakay kayo bus to Taichung sa may 7/11.
