    I know nothing about window tint in terms of installing it but have had it done on my vehicles for years. This presentation is clean and concise, right to the point, your years of experience as others have said, shows tremendously. Thanks for sharing! Great knowledge.

    Love to hear what you do to prep felt. Tape either comes off or makes the seal too tight. I’ve never had luck and my installs look like shit. Every single time.

    In order to avoid those fingers and all that extra work I shrink them and avoid them on one pass

      Thanks for your comment Sir BUT.. no extra work and I don't chance cross contamination by placing the film on the Outside of the window and then on the peel board .

      The Sledgehammer is 5 points harder on the durometer scale

    Do you rest your knife against the window when u shave it? I found when I do the knife itself scratches the film.

      not in this video, however I make and sell a knife specifically designed to rest on the glass while shaving .

    : Well one thing I've been tinting 44 years dodges or Any trucks do not create fingers!!!!. Let's talk about hondas and VW bugs then we can talk about fingers. You're just doing it to make a Video if you're gonna do it get a window that's challenging.! That's what these guys that don't know need to see. Heck, I should start a channel I am the grand daddy of them all!
    picked up film for the 1st time in 1979 and tinted my. 77 Trans am and of course I learned a lot trimmed it backwards and everything still do that to this day if not attention. Couldn't never tint The Backglass at that time In one piece 4. Strips! Boy those were the Tintin days. I have all kinds of wild stories

    Can’t you bottom load with the zip loader, speed loader? Why take the panel off?
    Been way better to see this video using all your tools.
