Do you ever use kick pads and acoustic drum pedals to them connected to the Nor Drum 3p? I cannot find many videos of pedals used with The Nord Drum.. is there a reason people stay away from normal bass pedals with the Nord Drum? and piano pedals, can one prolong the sound jus like one can on a normal keyboard by connecting a piano pedal to the kick drum input on The Nord Drum? thanks!
Adding a kick pedal works fine! I somehow prefer to use my hands only, but there are many people who are using a pedal. But a sustain pedal can't be added. You could instead change the amount of the decay.
I see, what is a a sustain pedal ? if one want to play 16 notes, what do you think of getting a kick pad and add a double bass pedal to it so to play the high-hat in 16 notes by the kick pedals instead of by ones hands? and so have more space for the hands to play tom toms for example? is there any way one can connect a splash or crash to The Nord? or can one create a crash sound of ones own on one pad that does not stop to ring when one beat other pads?? right now my pads stop sounding directly if I hit another pad, not sure if one can change this setting so they make long sounds not interfered from hitting other pads at the same time? thanks for getting back@@JannisLeWolff
do you also play acoustic instruments? or you only play the synths? wonder what you think of mental healing in music, how do you see the different of digital music vs acutsitc instruments when using music for healing? thanks!
I've spent almost my entire life as an acoustic drummer. I think that you can use any type of music creation approach for mental healing, it's really up to you to find out what feels therapeutic to you!
I see, I had no idea, I was thinking you are all for the digital. aha, so you do not think the vibration in the room the acoustic instrument generate is a better solution than the vibration the loud speakers makes for healing? other people that are 100% into acoustic instruments told me this is vital.. I really do not know@@JannisLeWolff
