When I was in school back in the 70s we had a rule we were NOT allowed to break contact between the base and the flyer I'm amazed at just how far this sport (yes to me its a sport) has gone in the last 40+ years great job doing some awesome stunts I wish I was 20 now to try what you do it looks both fun and challenging

I'm in my fourth cheerleading partner class and I'd like to ask you two things. - can you give me a specific workout to do in the gym to improve in the grips with the partner? - how many times a week is it better to train in the grips with the partner to improve? I have a question on the basic toss hands. I ca never track my flyers feet I have the toss and some but I can never catch her feet her feet always end up on my chest
All you have to worry about is tossing higher. Use your body together as one push ya feel. Watch videos of people stunting. Compare the differences and either tell your flyer to go faster or make her go faster. All the power comes from the moment you pull her back off the ground
