AUTONOMOUS MOBILE ROBOT (AMR) can decide its navigation patch of its own avoiding any obstacle on its path. So, I think, AMR is an advanced stage of AGV. I request you to kindly throw some light on the working principle of AMR. Thanking you.

clearly the AGV are simpler and will be well suited for plenty of space no obstacles and well defined start finish and charge......AMR will become more complete but evidently more complex and expensive in an envieroment of high traffic obstacles and destinations.
