Lived like this on the road for a year back a few years ago - sure miss the lifestyle. Had a couple Clydes pulling our own hand build caravan - real nice wagon, still have the wagon, but someone stole our horses and could never afford new ones - so now we are without. Wagon stored away and living off grid in a small cabin - just not the same - miss the horses - we sure loved them.
Hey Surius, love to an other Traveler.I can't even imagan the pain you must have had!!!Did it hapend while on the road? They stole my two Harnesses ,made new ons with scapps ends and pices, well you know we make wonders out of nothing when on the road.Still kept on travelling for two years longer. At least you have your Vardo, they stole mine, also self build while i was in Tahiti where i also live.Toke me 8 years to build.Be save!!! Do the horses feed only on grass and is there any specific type? I'm a potter, my love's a tanner, in Hungary, we've got our marshland, but are arranging so that during the summer we reestablish the tradition of selling off horse-drawn carriage. The other I know of is with the Grey Cattle, but we're looking into horses rather.

Do they travel all year ? And currently in the move? Or they settle in same place for long periods ? Would be interested to find out more if any one can point me in right direction
