He doesn’t say he has perfect pitch but relative pitch. You can usually see him going up the chromatic scale to find the right starting note then figuring out all the rest through relative pitch (the distance between notes).

Once you learn the 'common' scale shapes, meaning pentatonic in all keys and minor scale in keys, with a little theory sprinkled in it's not really that difficult. The difficult part comes in the hours and hours of physical practice you need to make your fingers Dooooo that thing like it's memory. He's talented AF, no doubt, and I would say has classical piano training, hence the theory.

Voice actors can modulate their voice like that, and a lot of singers, too. I am a bit of a voice actor and can do many small/young/effeminate voices in addition to old/deep/gruff voices.
