My family is pretty much the same as yours. We are doing a Ft. Myers trip in July that we do real good on....50 miles out for Snapper and grouper. Mom just used your link to buy 8 skillets, can't wait to try your recipe. lol Great video, made my mom cry watching your dad say how he loved the fact he is still fishing with his kids, just like our family. Our youtube channel is not as popular but we still enjoy making videos and in the end, it's all about the memories that we will be able to look back on. Laubscher tales out

Great episode! I always enjoy watching you guys fish up there in Panama City with that charter. They look like a good charter but it’s frustrating watching them gaff a lot of those grouper and snapper in the meat. There’s no reason for that on then pure laziness. When you drag them up from 200ft they aren’t going anywhere once they hit the surface. You have all the time in the world to get a good gaff shot. No reason to damage the meat. Especially for people like you that really take pride in making good meals with the fish that you catch. Keep up the good content though. Good stuff.

I did notice though there were a couple of time where the line was cut instead of removing the hook. Was there a reason for that? You all have wonderful spirits on everything . Your mom n dad are just lovely. Curious what does a snapper taste like is it similar to tuna ?.. it looks delicious and I love using cast iron skillets pans best way to cook anything
