No context to what the case was about, which would provide more information. You say you base this on ‘stories and facts?’ So provide the evidence. They way you presented this so called story showed no bias, no racism unless you want to stretch it to the Judge was white and the lawyer was black, but that doesn’t imply racism, just everyday life. Unless you are implying that every white person is inherently racist? So one could now suggest that she herself was being a racist, but overlooking the fact that you can’t be racist against a white person. So perhaps giving more context might help get you point over with your stories.
