I don’t think they are destined to get together, but Koda does see her as something special

He is scared like a motherfucker and midnight was trying to calm him down. She asks him who is the most important person to him and he thinks about ji iro. He is playing guitar with tokoyami and he talks about her. Then, Jiro uses her quirk to talk to him. She says *"Get it done. Chargebolt!"* THIS is what motivates him to go out and take the attack for the whole team.
