    Honestly, this is the best explanation available! I watched other TH-cam videos and thought they were good, but I could not do it as good as them, not even close. I couldn't understand the heel needing to be firmly planted on the floor. This was because I was putting all my weight on the standing leg. Milla shows how the weight is distributed proportionally throughout the turn, giving stability while allowing the heel to be planted during the turn. Excellent! I'm no where near your level, so let's not mistake that. I'm just able to do the turn without falling on my face!! I love it! Thank you! God bless you!!!

    The caption covers the foot area ...where we can't see how the steps are executed.

      Yolanda, perhaps you are viewing it on a small screen like an iPhone? In a computer screen I don't believe there are any captions covering feet. I hope this helps. Thank you for watching!
