Thank you for the great video you went at a nice pace to be able to keep up with it. It was really easy to follow and helped me accomplish hosting my website. I did have one issue, but more on the AWS side. I created a bucket and then decided to make a new bucket, for whatever reason, when I put in a bucket name the site kept saying "you already have a bucket name this", which I didn't. Finally, I deleted my first bucket and tried again with the same result. I finally logged out and logged back in and was about to create a new bucket. Hopefully that could help someone. Finally though sometimes I would lose the mouse curser and didn't know where you clicked so I had to rewind a few times. This video was pretty straightforward, but in a more in-depth video, the ring around the curser would be nice. Thank you for the great video again.

I'm glad you found it helpful Blake. Thanks for the feedback. I will look into including mouse click highlights in future videos.

Also, S3 Buckets are globally unique. It's possible there was a conflict with your new bucket name and another already existing bucket. Good that you finally got it working.

I do have an additional question. I uploaded my HTML and CSS files to my bucket. Now I decided to change something in one of the HTML files. I deleted that particular file and reuploaded it, but no change on the site its self. Is there a time delay or is there more steps involved than that?

I believe Cloudfront will cache files for 24 hours by default. There is a way to invalidate the cache either by path or by file version if you want it updated sooner. (keep in mind cache invalidation incurs a cost, but you do get some invalidation requests for free) Here is some more information on cache invalidation - docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudFront/latest/DeveloperGuide/Invalidation.html

Gone through your tutorial endless times. Sadly I always fall at the lst hurdle. it never gives me the SSL certificate in the dropdown.

Did you create the cname record in route 53? This is needed i believe to verify if you choose dns as the verification option
