fyi on a baseball field the players are numbered(for recording in the "offical scorebook") pos. 1 is the pitcher pos. 2 is the catcher pos 3 is the first baseman pos 4 is the second basman pos 5 is the third baseman pos 6 is the shortstop pos 7 is the left fielder pos 8 is the center fielder and pos 9 is the right fielder so...at 3:00 a 4-6-3 double play is where the second baseman throws to the shortstop to get an out at second base , then the shortstop throws to the first baseman to get a second out hence the term "double play"...the most common "double play" is 6-4-3!

There's a bar in my hometown that has a nickel beer night on Wednesdays. The bartender and bar-owner both have Concealed Weapons Permits, and the local Warlocks Chapter practically live there. Nobody gets out of line there without being forcefully corrected. Cops haven't been called to that bar in over 25 years. They're also the largest donor to Toys for Tots and Operation Homefront in the County.

You may have left off the biggest and most consequential riot related to sports which is Jack Johnsons victory over Jim Jefferies in 1910. Johnsons win sparked riots across the entire country and the film of the fight was banned in most of the country especially the south for fear of more riots. It also led to discussion of banning boxing outright because much of white America couldn't handle Johnson being the heavy weight champion.

Worse still was the effect on the rest of the Olympic tournament. The five remaining qualifiers for South America, even ones not involving Argentina or Peru, were all cancelled as a result of the riot. Peru, who had two scheduled matches left, ended up losing a match against Brazil for one of the South American spots at the Tokyo Olympics. Argentina won the other spot, but were eliminated in pool play after drawing to Ghana 1-1 and losing to Japan 3-2.
For the record, Hungary defeated Czechoslovakia 2-1 in the 1964 gold-medal game. Not a surprising result; since the Olympics did not allow professionals to compete at the time, the Communist countries of Eastern Europe, which technically had no pros, dominated during the Cold War years.

4-6-3 Double play describes a double play by the players numbered position on the field. The second baseman (4) gets the batted ball and throws it to the shortstop (6) who tags the second base forcing the runner from first to be out. The shortstop (6) then throws the baseball to the first baseman (3) and gets the second out of the double play.

Even as an american I didn't understand the 4 6 3 double play untill I looked it up
Basically it is the number order of the position when counting players on the feild for the fielding team
4 is the second baseman, who throw the ball he scoops up to the short stop who gets the player running from 1st base to 2nd base for a tagged out, then throws to 1st baseman who is standing on 1st base for a forced out.

I'm surprised that Vancouver Canucks (a North American professional NHL hockey team) and their fans didn't make this list. Their hockey fans rioted TWICE over losing in the Stanley Cup Final. The first, in 1994, they did over 1 million dollars in damage and the second, in 2011, was over 5 million (the amounts are in CAD, but neither is adjusted for inflation). Hundreds were injured, police cars burned, looting, etc. Canadians love their hockey! LOL

1913 The premiere of Stravinsky's ballet "Le sacre du printemps" was site of a riot among the pro-modernism and the anti-modernism. The nature of the music was known prior to the performance, and anti-modernists showed up ready to make their feeling known in no uncertain terms. Such was the melee, that conductor, Pierre Monteux, found it difficult to keep the orchestra together in this rather difficult music, and the dancers had such trouble hearing the music that the ballet director began banging the beat on the stage floor to keep the dancers together.
