I had a good friend or so I thought, who was supposed to be a Christian. She got angry one day and said, "You think you are just like Jesus with that Bible," I told her I studied the Bible for a lifetime. I have a lot of trouble with my grown children. They only want me around when they need something. I am 79 and I have never seen such disrespectful people in my whole life. I only want the best for others and certainly want them to have life everlasting, but sometimes I cry a lot. None of my children talk to me and I have lost a few so-called friends. I have to pray a lot for them. But Jesus sees it all and He is with me. It feels like I have to carry a heavy burden.

Suffer.............that's putting it mildly. Know more suffer more, well that makes sense. The only thing keeping me going is Psychic Ability direct communication with my deceased relatives.
The chosen must emotionally support every family member and it is draining. And they must support them till all of them pass away. And then you are free. Unless you take it in more that need you and that is not a wise thing to do.
Supernaturally imposed torments and sufferings are not designed as a "punishment" (for either past good or evil behaviors), even though that is how they will feel (and have already begun to feel, by various "chosen ones" who have already been made to endure varying amounts of supernatural torment already, in advance of the general population) to the person receiving them. In the book of Job, Job's friends all basically say the same thing, albeit using their own version of poetic language, by essentially claiming that Job was a sinner, and that God was punishing him for his sins. However, near the end of the book of Job, God speaks up for himself and tells all of Job's friends that they are all wrong. God then waxes poetic as well, but He never actually explains the true purpose of subjecting Job to his supernaturally imposed sufferings, other than to say the Job's friends were all wrong, and that He is God, and He can do things to humans, and that He does not need to explain His actions to humans. The real reason for God's supernaturally imposed torments and sufferings, has to do with soul growth and personality development. Humans do not actually have the ability to think for themselves yet. Torment and suffering essentially makes a person a better thinker. They become more capable of thinking, and they become wiser. Knowledge (such as learning how to write computer programs, or learning the laws of physics) is something that can simply be taught in a classroom, but wisdom is different from knowledge. Wisdom is much harder to acquire than knowledge, and it requires that the underlying (beneath the scenes of the Earth) aspects of a human's personal essence (soul + thinking related hardware) be upgraded. Endurance of unpleasant stimulus (such as discomfort associated with stress/torment/sufferings) is necessary to achieve this soul growth and personality development outcome, that will enable the receiver of such unpleasant stimulus, to become a wiser and more capable thinker. If you are a "chosen one", and you have already been made to endure substantial amounts of supernaturally imposed torment and sufferings (in advance of the rest of the population of the Earth), this is because God has a leadership role planned for you in your future. Essentially, there is going to be power/control transfer in the future, whereby many of the existing government/corporate/wealthy/influential/"elite" members of society are going to lose their privileged positions, and instead be replaced by new systems run by a new generation of leaders. The old generation of "elites" of society are unethical and unwise. The new generation of leaders of the future society have been hand picked by God, and they have had their lives tailored in certain ways (including experiencing more than normal torments/sufferings/hardships/problems in their lives), in order to make them ready for their future roles (which require more than normal wisdom, which requires enduring more than normal amounts of problems/hardships/sufferings). Basically, God is going to make the "chosen ones" into kings and priests (or more accurately, various forms of leaders in the future human society). Being a "chosen one" is not really a good thing for the chosen one. If you are a chosen one, and your future role does include a power/control authority position within society, you will be forced to experience more total tribulation/torment/suffering, compared to a normal non-chosen person, and some of this will also arrive in advance of the official start of the "tribulation" as experienced by everyone else. This is necessary so that you have the necessary ethics, wisdom, and overall personality characteristics necessary to do a good job in your future leadership role in society. Being chosen for a future leadership/control authority related role is therefore unpleasant for the chosen individual, since it means more unpleasantness in life, combined with a future that requires greater personal responsibility, which is also unpleasant, while simultaneously reducing your own personal future freedoms (since you will have societal obligations to fulfill, which will require some of your time, and this will not always be identical to what you may want to do personally). Being "chosen" is therefore unfortunate for the chosen one, even though to outside observers, their future successes may make it appear that they are abnormally lucky/privileged/blessed by God in some way. In reality, chosen ones are blessed and cursed, where the blessings will be externally visible to others, but the curse (of having to endure greater amounts of personal tribulation) is mostly invisible to others, particularly by those who do not personally know the chosen one. That said, everyone in society must become wiser/more ethical/better judges/better overall thinkers. All of the real humans with a soul must still endure some amount of tribulation torments and sufferings. The chosen ones with a future leadership/control authority role will simply endure more total quantity (times severity times duration product) of unpleasant stimulus. These sufferings are not designed as a "punishment" from God, even though that is how they will feel, since the unpleasant stimulus is not aligned and proportional with past actions of evil (or good). They are not a punishment for past good or evil behavior. Although the book of Job is meant to be instructive, and it is not a literal history of a person (but rather, it reads as a poetic play, since that is closer to what it is), God effectively told the truth when He told Job's friends that they were wrong to assume that Job was a "sinner" and that was the reason for his apparent "punishment". The purpose of unpleasant stimulus is soul growth and personality development. That has always been its purpose, both before the "official tribulation period", and during.
Such a statement is easy to make right now, unless you happen to personally be a "chosen one", you know that God exists (by overwhelming personal evidence and not by faith), you know that God has a plan for the future of the Earth (also supported by evidence rather than blind faith), and you have already endured years of supernaturally imposed torment and suffering. During the tribulation period, some people in society will appear as seemingly abnormally lucky or "blessed" in some way, by some unseen supernatural force. Some of these individuals may initially appear to various observers as "religious weirdos" or somehow as cursed misfits of society. Some such individuals may initially get accused of some form of insanity, especially by atheists. However, future history will eventually prove atheism is wrong, and that it has always been wrong. All atheists will either convert to being theists, or, they will end up dying first (such as due to some tribulation related problem, such as food shortage, or succumbing to some form of pestilence, or a "natural" disaster). Being a "chosen one" is not actually a good thing, for the chosen one. Such individuals are essentially blessed/cursed. Chosen individuals that have a future role in society that involves leadership roles with power/control authority over others are especially cursed, since they must endure greater total quantity/severity/duration of tribulation related unpleasantness in their personal lives, compared to that of the general population. Such experiences are unpleasant to endure, but they do have a soul growth and personality development function, which is necessary/relevant for preparing a chosen one for their future role in society.
