    bro u jump after your shot, u lose a lot of power had the problem too, was always a good shooter but after changing that my shot feels even better

      ??? You have to land after the shot! Most people depend on arms which it’s not the case it’s all legs and rotation of the ball! It’s has nothing to do with my jump after the shot!
      Good observation though

      @FrankTheTankFitness completely agree about using the legs, and I can See U have excellent timing except If you are jumping after Release of the ball, alot of the energy created from the jump doesnt Go "into the jumpshot, look at all the best Shooter in the NBA, Nobody jumps after the shot Release, really tryna help tho not hate

      Im not talking bout landing, pause the Video when you Release the ball and you will See, that you jump after the ball was released

      I’ve been shooting the ball for 30+ Years and only had to change my shot twice, I understand what your saying but if I have excellent timing and perfect rotation on the ball on my shot why worry about whether I’m jumping late on my shot? Left-Handed Shooter Shoot very different

      ​@@FrankTheTankFitness i think u need to use a little bit more your momentum and use less the arms when u shoot the ball but is a good jumsphot, and if it works is good
