It looked like the homeowners saw an opportunity to take advantage and tried to do so. It was pretty obvious the lady homeowner was not being honest. The "You know what I'm saying guy." knew that the home owners were shady. Enjoyed his performance. My guess is that it was probably his recommendation that the plaintiff take it to court. Just an opinion.
