  • A year has passed as well as two moves of house, so I thought it was time to do an updated Altar Tour!
As per the title, I am an eclectic witch dabbling in general pagan traditions and Celtic witchcraft. I am a solitary practitioner, and have been practicing full time for about 6 years (before that I was on and off between 2012-2015).
Let me know in the comment section what kind of witchcraft you practice, and please like, share & subscribe!

Damn. I like the way you do everything. You aren't following any rules/tradition in many ways and the fact that you like the dark medi eval look is so suiting to the practise. So chuffed I found this post. I have already given it a like!!

I love love love your table. It is just sooo amazing. It's a medieval dream.
I do think it counts as a hag stone! I think any stone with a hole in it that has been weathered by nature is a hag stone.
I would love to see a video about shadow work and dark goddess energy. As well as your opinion on deity worship versus archetypes. (I'm currently studying Jungian theory of archetypes and the shadow self... I feel like Jung was witchy AF).
I love how you had to defend your use of your knife. My ceremonial knife is also my foraging / bushcraft knife. I honestly think more experienced witches have learned that you have to make use with what you have and you have to let go of some of these "rules" and protocols that were invented by organized pagan religions. I can only speak to European witches but they had to make do with what they had and a lot of their magic tools were also used for cooking / working around the home. Use your knife how you will my sister! 🗡

Yeah, as far as I understand shadow work was born of Jungian theory and other related takes on psychology.
I will definitely have to put some more research into the inception of it before making a video but I likely will!
Also yeah, some rules are very rigid I find and I'm glad I'm not the only one who makes exceptions to how and when certain tools are used 😋

Definitely a hag stone. Your altar is beautiful. I believe your new shell is a scallop shell.
