Some nice customizations man. It's so cool how much a little bit of paint can lift what is a dull model to be one of the most awesome. For many of reasons I think Oliver looks the best obviously. But everyone else looks great too. Although if I had one tip for Lady maybe you could paint her lamps gold as they are in the movie as well. Overall great modifications and keep up the good work man

For me I had some spare wire tender couplings from my previous engines that no longer worked, I gave them to Emily, Molly and Murdoch, then I gave Hank a standard eye coupling so that he and his tender can be close together.
The James is probably my favorite modification you did to him. It was a sacrifice but in the end it turned out to look even better. Great job 👍

I do the same with undercarriages, even gave Edward, Gordon, James, Percy, Emily, Duck, Donald, Douglas and Oliver lamps by cutting the lamps out of old TOMY Thomas and Henry models. They have little holes underneath that can fit on the lamp irons.

It’s crazy how you took the time to do young bao who didn’t even get more than 10 minutes of screen time in the whole shows run these are all amazing trackmaster Tomy keep going these are amazing but maybe you could do Rebecca next because the mods you can do on her just boost the model a lot but that’s your choice just keep on making these there all amazing

Your not the only one who has painted the engines undercarriages, I've been doing it to and Indeed it makes them look a lot better
I like James' original smoke box more then you replaced, and I like the original Gordon without any upgrades.

Yes
For Hank they made two versions when were The tender is motorized and one that the engine is motorized but I believe the one with the engine being motorized is a little bit better because it won't look like Hank is drifting on the track
Something else I would do is color in the spokes with black to make it look like a gap
