U need plantains ( type of banana) and tapioca (casava) blended them , either in a blender nor pour them, cuts in small pieces and pour in some water and blend, then pour the smoothie like products in a pot, N let it boil, slow cook, stir as needed, till it turn into a puree, then enjoy it with any sauce you had in Indonesia.
