Points cover by owner • Driving experience and suspension is gud as he driven the car for almost 60000 kms . • Electronics and infotainment display almost worked trouble free but had some freezing issue some times but restarting cars will clear it . • Rough driving will give you least 180 kms and moderate driving will gives you 230 kms range . • Changed battery once as old battery drops charge quick after 40% . • Under body of car getting Rust , so under body painting is necessary . • 2months Time taken by Service centre to replace parts of boot of the car as he had some incidents . • Unprofessional service done by service centre as extra scratch marks appears after you give the car to service to service centre . • He noticed more driving noise creeping in than before after almost 60000 kms and 3 yrs . 👍🏾🙂 .
Same with my Ola. On service they rectify the ongoing issue but after service we get some other issue. Now I am hesitant to go for minor issues. Looks like this is with all the EVs. 100 percent true feedback for the current ev and its service situation ❤
True i have tiago ev. After their first service igot a strange noise in right side wheel. Then i noticed the nut was not tightened in the right side wheel one nut almost was at the end. I have tightened myself after that noise was not there. Vehicle was pulling left side due to alignment issues. Basic service itself they are not doing. Worst service. We need to highlight the issues to the. They wont be able to identify.
