Grim reapers, or I guess fallen angels in this situation, are always portrayed as the bad guys.
Grim reapers are monsters who take people's soul when their time is up
Fallen angels are angels who have 'sinned' in their lifetime, hence the name *fallen* angel.
However, in this story, grim reapers/fallen angels get a second chance to redeem themself by doing good in order to make up for the crime they've commited in their past life.
I think it's an amazing idea to portray grim reapers/fallen angels this way. iit's a lot nicer, and seeing the relationships they are able to make with people is so wholesome and adorable. :)
