I stopped at Rebirth 1 level 200 and farmed until I reached 46k - A friend is doing the very same, but has an amazingly 65k CP, based on this knowledge: Tomb of Ankou and La Christiana is dependent on your Rebirth level. If you decide to stop at 200 and push your CP, you will get a competitive edge of last hitting the monster - you basically enter a powerspike and can abuse it to get the last hits. This allows you to easily farm T3 Epics before rebirthing to 2. Now I'm repeating the processes to some extent - allowing me to have a CP of 115k at lv 298, I aim to have T4 or T5 before moving on (only missing necklace)
But since you have already gone to level 279, login for daily rewards, do your daily story dungeons and party up with friends in Hangings. You are most likely not going to get a dime from LC TOA
Yes, easiest way is to save your free diamonds (accumulate them from selling on auction house) and open Gacha boxes. Otherwise you will be highly dependent on drops. Success rate of fusioning blessed items works the following way: 1/3 Blessed = 33% 2/3 Blessed = 66% 3/3 Blessed = 100% Hope it helps!
